芬蘭入境簽證
早上準備出發去開會，四周卻如黑夜。
難得snowshow walking
update: 如願以償來到芬蘭Tempere今天上台北到瑞典簽證處辦芬蘭入境簽證，與之前在AIT辦美簽以及在加拿大簽證處完全不同的，我們看到門可羅雀，完全不需等待，事實上窗口也沒人，如果需要服務先按鈴，真好。
繳費時，因為我們是去發表論文，因此免除2400簽證費，雖然早就知道，還是蠻高興的，有一種受到禮遇的感覺，去發表論文，又不是去經商旅遊，因此特別免除簽證費用，雖未進芬蘭國門，心中已經先有好的印象。
