Brain Power 公司運用Google智慧型眼鏡開發出自閉症兒童的輔助科技，不僅可以辨識對方的情緒，甚至當媽媽叫小孩的時候，如果小孩不去看媽媽的臉，程式會把媽媽的臉畫成喜愛的卡通人物(例如比卡丘)，吸引小孩子的目光，當小孩子把臉對準媽媽時，媽媽的臉就會重現，用這種誘導的方式訓練小孩子表現出正向的社會行為，用遊戲的方式協助兒童融入社會。

身心障礙科技的研究方法論
在特殊小孩的研究中，我們通常不會用太多的統計，
那為什麼特殊小孩通常不能使用統計方法呢？
1. 樣本太少：我們很難大量找到特殊小孩，
2. 變異太高：每個小孩都有其獨特性，同樣是自閉症，
以藥物上市來說，通常需要經過十萬個病人以上的臨床測試，
統計方法是巨觀的，通常不看個體，只對群體特性有興趣，
不同的學科背景當然會有使用不同的研究法，
那為什麼特殊小孩通常不能使用統計方法呢？

陳兩嘉專題實驗室揭牌典禮
「陳兩嘉專題實驗室」揭牌儀式圓滿順利，溫馨感人， 陳兩嘉老師離開我們14年了，他的研究精神與助人的心志依然長存，陳老師的子女發心捐助本系「陳兩嘉老師獎學金」，鼓勵同學們努力向上，感念在心。
特別值得一提的是實驗室英文名稱應家屬要求取名為 「Give and Take Laboratory」，給予(Give)優先於取得(Take)，呼應陳老師在世常說的「施比受更有福」，「取之於社會，用之於社會」的心。
篤信151專題實驗室正式更名「陳兩嘉專題實驗室」，特別感謝熊慎幹前校長，繆院長與會致詞。感謝系辦全體同仁籌備過程中的辛勞與盡心。
