Context-aware personalization

The context-aware personalization mechanism can be combined into the matching algorithm to improve the quality of the services for the mentally impaired.
The required context should be able to be described in terms of ontology, namely, RDF schema (RDFS). Then, it is a de facto Web service powered service oriented architecture (SOA).
